Official Rules
This promotion is intended for play in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only and will be governed by U.S. law. Do not participate unless you are eligible and located in the United States at the time of participation.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. By participating in the promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration and participants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.
1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and representatives of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, participating retail locations, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (hereinafter, collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife, grandparent, and/or “step” and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 9, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 7, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of thirteen (13) entry periods (each a “Entry Period”) as set forth in the table below. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The time clock of the computer administering this Promotion is the official time-keeping device of the Promotion.

3. How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, visit JustAddGold.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to register (“Registration”) by providing your email address, first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), and date of birth. By registering for the Promotion, you are (a) opting in to receive communications relating to the Promotion and (b) confirming you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules by placing a checkmark in the box provided. Limit one (1) Registration per person/email address.
Once you have completed Registration, follow the online instructions to properly submit an entry to receive one (1) entry into the Entry Period Drawing corresponding to the Entry Period in which your submission was received and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing with the exception of Entry Period 13 in which you will only receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. All entries must be properly received and recorded within the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize. Limit one (1) entry per day per person/email address. A “day” shall be defined as each twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CT of the same day.
All participants must have a valid email address. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and/or an eligible participant. Each submission must be manually key stroked and/or manually entered by the individual participant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email addresses/IP addresses may be blocked. If it is discovered that a participant is using multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, and/or manipulating such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of entries and/or prizes, such person will be disqualified and all of their entries will be deemed invalid and any prize(s) won by such person shall be forfeited and returned if previously awarded.
Data rates may apply if a participant submits an entry with a mobile phone or other Web-enabled device using your wireless service provider’s network. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Mobile entry is not required to submit an entry or win a prize in this Promotion.
In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Those who do not follow all the instructions, provide the required information in their Registration, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All participants submitting materials/content/comments as part of the Promotion will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Promotion Parties the right to use such materials, and any images related thereto (including participant’s name, social media account username and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof. Entries submitted by participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.
4. Random Drawings: Entry Period Prize winners will be selected for each Entry Period (with the exception of Entry Period 13) in a random drawing on or about each Drawing Date listed in Section 2 from among all eligible entries received for the corresponding Entry Period (each an “Entry Period Drawing”). Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Entry Period Drawings; however, all entries will carry forward to the random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Drawing”). One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in the Grand Prize Drawing on or about December 9, 2024 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period (including Entry Period 13). All drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given drawing. Limit one (1) First Prize per person/email address/household per Entry Period but only up to a total of three (3) First Prizes. For avoidance of doubt: A First Prize winner is allowed to win the Grand Prize and up to three (3) First Prizes.
5. Prize Details:
Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a $1,000.00 shopping spree, accompanied by an NFL legend, at a grocery store near winner’s home (the “Shopping Spree”). The NFL legend will be determined by the NFL Entities, in its sole discretion. Winner may bring one (1) guest to the Shopping Spree and both winner and guest may bring one (1) item for the NFL legend to sign. Additionally, the winner and guest will also receive one (1) item (provided by Sponsor) signed by the NFL legend and Rold Gold® branded apparel (size(s) and exact apparel to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). The winner is not allowed to buy any of Sponsor’s competitors’ products. Sponsor will reasonably work with the winner to coordinate a mutually-agreeable date between winner and the NFL legend for the Shopping Spree. The Shopping Spree must be completed by March 31, 2025. The duration of the NFL legend’s attendance at the Shopping Spree shall be determined by the NFL Entities. The Sponsor, NFL legend or their representatives reserve the right to terminate the Shopping Spree at any time if winner and/or their guest engages in behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during the Shopping Spree. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,700.00.
First Prizes (240 total – See Section 2 for First Prize breakout per Entry Period): Each First Prize consists of an NFLShop.com e-Gift Card (“Gift Card”) in the amount of $25.00, $50.00 or $100.00 depending on the Entry Period for which the winner was selected. See Section 2 for First Prize details regarding Gift Card amounts and quantities available per Entry Period. Gift Card is valid only at NFLShop.com. Except where required by law, Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, or cash equivalent. Gift Card cannot be returned, reproduced, modified, sold, traded, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card is not valid for purchases of other Gift Cards or on previous purchases or returns. 6. Winner Verification and Notification: Potential winners will be contacted by the Administrator via email and will be required to follow instructions within the notification within seventy-two (72) hours (beginning at the time the notification was sent), or prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release (“Affidavit”) within five (5) days (beginning at the time the Affidavit was emailed). Failure to return the Affidavit within the allotted time may result in prize forfeiture and the awarding of the Grand Prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service or a change in winner’s email address, which may result in a potential winner not receiving a prize notification. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner does not respond to the notification (as instructed within the notification), if a potential winner cannot be verified or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any undelivered emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of the winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. Upon forfeiture for any reason, no compensation will be given. Prizes will only be delivered to confirmed winners residing within the United States. First Prizes will be emailed to each confirmed winner’s email address within two (2) to four (4) weeks of winner verification.
7. Limitations of Liability and Release: No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Released Parties resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of the Website or an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, including submission of entries, the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Website. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer or web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Promotion. In the event of an identity dispute, the entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address associated with the Promotion Account used to participate. “Registered owner” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental, consequential, or other damages; as a result, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The foregoing paragraphs shall not apply to a resident of New Jersey to the extent that damages to such New Jersey resident are the result of the released parties’ negligent, fraudulent, or reckless acts or intentional misconduct.
8. Release of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree (a) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties, Instagram Inc., and Meta from any and all claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property, including bodily injury and death, arising from or relating to such participant's participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting a prize, each winner (a) agrees that the Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability including, without limitation, for personal injury or death to participant or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, and (b) grants (and agrees to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to the NFL Entities, Sponsor and its designees and assigns the right to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion (including any prize) is compromised, modified or canceled due to pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority or other restrictions, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
9. Dispute Resolution: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of Texas, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of Texas. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of participant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Collin or Dallas counties, Texas.
10. General Conditions: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on prizes, if any. The Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of their prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of a prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of a prize is permitted. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to (a) disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the operation of the Promotion, and (b) cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the remaining prizes among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. This Promotion is offered only in the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor or Promotion Parties in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Collin or Dallas Counties, Texas.

Additionally, any communication between participant and Sponsor or its agencies regarding this Promotion (e.g. phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Winners’ names may be included in a publicly-available winners’ list.
11. Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Declaration is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules or Declaration will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Legal Warning: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not a participant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize the website or interfere with the operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. The sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
